Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing project management with a strong background in debit/credit card marketing.
- Proven experience managing email and social media marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with marketing technology platforms and processes, including data transfer and aggregation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and anticipate project risks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all work streams related to the Debit Card Marketing Program.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively address risks.
- Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation through execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support early-month-on-book initiatives by developing activation strategies for new cardholders and creating targeted promotions.
- Lead acquisition efforts to convert rewards members to active card users.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing technology, data, and client markets, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
- Facilitate vendor onboarding and work with tech teams to stand up new vendors as needed.
- Ensure all campaigns are effectively executed across digital marketing channels, including email and social media.
- Collaborate with marketing tech teams to optimize digital performance.
- Understand and manage proprietary marketing platforms.
- Oversee data sharing, creative setup, measurement, data transfer, and aggregation.
- Utilize marketing performance data to measure success and recommend optimizations.
