Requirements:
  • 1–3+ Years of Email & SMS Marketing Experience
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, or equivalent ESP/SMS platforms.
  • Understanding of customer flows, automated journeys, and personalization strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing, email deliverability fundamentals, and compliance regulations (TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Skilled in balancing various client priorities within tight timelines.
  • Able to coordinate with cross-functional teams and present clear updates to clients or stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
  • Build, schedule, and deploy email and SMS campaigns in platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript.
  • Ensure accurate segmentation and personalization based on customer data.
  • Work with Retention Strategists and Designers to confirm alignment with client goals and branding.
  • Test and QA all campaigns—verifying links, formatting, and dynamic content prior to launch.
  • Set up and optimize automated flows, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns.
  • Monitor automation performance, engagement rates, and segment logic, making iterative adjustments as needed.
  • Track key retention metrics such as open rates, CTRs, conversions, and revenue contributions.
  • Conduct A/B testing (e.g., subject lines, send times, CTA placement) to refine campaign performance.
  • Assist in list segmentation and customer journey mapping to enhance engagement.
  • Maintain strong deliverability by tracking bounce rates, spam complaints, and overall list hygiene.
  • Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM regulations for both email and SMS marketing.
