Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, focusing on large enterprise website redesign projects.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency setting with multiple deadlines, with the ability to deliver quickly and accurately.
- Experience planning and implementing complex information architecture restructuring.
- Experience wireframing large websites and incorporating existing content into new page layouts using approved design components.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design tools, including experience using Figma variables and atomic design principles.
- Experience leading and assessing discovery sessions, including Stakeholder interviews and analysis, User Surveys and analysis, and Competitive analysis.
- Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous website design work.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Support in user research exercises to understand target audience needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize design concepts and test user interactions.
- Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that adhere to our brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with our UI/UX and Visual Design leads to contribute to the overall design direction and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Figma, including the ability to utilize tokens and variables within our design system to create scalable and maintainable designs.
