Requirements:

• Experience in a similar data entry or administrative role (internships or part-time work count!).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and scripting
• Advanced English
• Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with clear priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update key operational data into spreadsheets and systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Maintain and organize existing data files to ensure they are up to date and easily accessible.
• Double-check data for errors and inconsistencies to maintain data accuracy.
• Prepare and update simple reports using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Assist with generating summaries or insights from operational data as needed.
• Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered on time.
• Assist the Operations Manager and team with administrative tasks, including tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and organizing files.
• Handle ad hoc requests to support team members and improve workflows.
• Communicate updates and ensure team members have the information they need to succeed.
