Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in project/product management, preferably in the IT Professional Services industry.
  • Ability to work with high-performance teams, supporting strategic direction, and executing optimization plans.
  • Comfortable presenting, communicating and working with executive level audiences.
  • Strong multitasking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Officce and experience with data analysis and nance.
  • Desirable experience in digital consulting and product design
  • Advanced level of English, both written and oral.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the operability of the delivery in all accounts in the region, prioritizing daily management and coordinating the actions and initiatives of the account team.
  • Act as a coordinating link between the teams, ensuring the correct execution and management of all customer orders and account initiatives.
  • Ensure existing Latin American accounts, focusing on expanding the services we have with them, prioritizing the margin and revenue of the account.
  • Strengthen alliances with existing accounts to improve the region's NPS.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company.
  • Constant coordination between the different matrix areas of the organization.
  • Monthly analysis of account and team performance in order to propose improvements, provide metrics, and trend analysis.
  • Lead the region's account team, relying on the People and Technology teams to maintain employees in a healthy environment so that this is not a problem for the end customer.
  • Oversee all the projects in the region and their progress at a high level with the objective of meeting the deliverables within the established times and with the quality promised by Tekton.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for improvement in the services offered in order to meet specic customer needs.
  • Analyze the competition to identify opportunities and differentiate.
  • Support the creation and monitoring of proposals for existing clients
