Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of solution sales experience, with a strong focus on Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform).
Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a professional services environment.
Deep understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem, including co-sell motions, partner alignment, and go-to-market strategies.
Strong industry knowledge across key verticals such as manufacturing, retail, financial services, or healthcare.
Exceptional ability to identify white space opportunities and create tailored solution plays.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities:
Drive sales for Microsoft Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) within Hitachi’s professional services portfolio.
Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and close white space opportunities in target industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Microsoft field teams and partner ecosystem to align on sales strategies and co-sell opportunities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business needs and recommending tailored solutions to address challenges and drive growth.
Collaborate with Hitachi account executives to provide solution plays, technical expertise, and assistance in achieving customer success.
Stay informed about industry trends, customer pain points, and opportunities within the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.
Work closely with Hitachi’s delivery and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support for customers.
Contribute to practice growth by sharing insights, strategies, and best practices with the broader sales team.
