Requirements:

• 9+ years of experience in integrated business planning, operations analysis, or financial modeling, preferably in a cloud or technology-driven environment.
• Expertise in data visualization and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) to drive insights and reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel and SQL
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience driving cross-functional collaboration and influencing senior leadership.
• Proven ability to design and implement scalable planning processes that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Ability to simplify complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and own the end-to-end S&OP and S&OE processes, ensuring alignment between long-term strategy and operational execution.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in demand planning, supply optimization, and financial modeling to enhance operational efficiencies
• Develop scenario planning models to support strategic customers, enabling proactive decision-making and risk mitigation in a dynamic cloud environment.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide data-driven insights and scenario analyses that support strategic decision-making, optimizing supply-demand alignment and operational scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, sales, and engineering, to enhance integrated planning, forecasting, and resource optimization
• Establish and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and improve planning effectiveness.
• Partner with data and tooling teams to enhance and automate planning processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
