Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a focus on complex Salesforce environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce data management, security protocols, and standard methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in creating, managing, and debugging complex business process automation flows, using flow elements.
  • Proficient in Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes to automate workflows and business approvals.
  • Advanced knowledge of configuring profiles, permission sets, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security to control user access, permissions, and data visibility.
  • Lightning App Builder & Components: Proficiency in using Lightning App Builder and standard/custom Lightning components to create and customize Lightning pages and enhance the user interface.
  • Understanding of setting up and using Einstein Analytics to provide deeper insights and predictive analytics to our end users.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, security, and data management.
  • Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Develop and implement standard methodologies for data management and reporting.
  • Provide support to end-users to enhance their understanding of Salesforce functionalities.
