  • Oversee the company's adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Develop compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures for internal use.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees on regulatory compliance and policy awareness.
  • Ensure that the workforce understands regulatory risks and the importance of compliance.
  • Regularly brief senior management and other internal stakeholders on regulatory trends, potential impacts, and compliance requirements.
  • Tailor communications to ensure clarity and relevance to different departments.
  • Maintain detailed records of regulatory compliance activities, policy analyses, and internal training sessions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on compliance status and policy developments.
  • Work closely with departments such as Legal, Operations, and R&D to integrate regulatory considerations into their operations and planning processes.
  • Advocate for policy positions internally that align with MARA's strategic objectives, ensuring that all internal stakeholders are aligned with the company's regulatory approach.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to gather input on regulatory impacts and to disseminate policy-related information effectively across the organization.
  • Prepare internal teams for potential regulatory issues or crises by developing response strategies
