Requirements:
  • Several years of experience as a Brand/Marketing Manager, ideally in the sports, nutrition, or FMCG segment within the Dutch market
  • Enjoy working in a structured and independent manner but equally thrive in a team environment, collaborating on various projects
  • Creative personality who is eager to contribute your own ideas, continuously optimize processes, and explore new approaches
  • Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and confidently navigate new areas
  • Demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Possess excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, enabling you to build trustworthy and cooperative relationships across different stakeholders
  • Proficient in working with MS Office and consider it a natural part of your daily work
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies based on global guidelines for the Dutch market
  • Coordinate 360° marketing activations to successfully launch new products and drive the growth of the core audience and portfolio
  • Collaborate closely with various marketing departments as well as external agencies
  • Take responsibility for executing the entire brand communication, including the development and implementation of the marketing, media, and communication plan
  • Ensure an optimal presence at the point of sale (both offline and online) and develop local tools in alignment with the global brand team
  • Develop and execute customer-specific omni-channel promotion plans in close collaboration with the key account manager
  • Manage the annual budget, including regular tracking and performance evaluation of marketing activities
  • Monitor key business figures, conduct regular performance analyses of market shares and brand equity, and perform competitive analyses to derive actionable recommendations
