Requirements:

MUST be able to have completed BACKGROUND CHECK for the project.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients, through coordination with their payroll systems, to ensure their payroll implementation is frictionless.
• Direct engagement with payroll providers, configuring integrations for a high volume of clients simultaneously, and liaising with internal teams to test and ensure the integration is functioning as intended.
• Reference existing documentation on payroll systems, integration limitations, set up processes, & ongoing maintenance to be a resource to client for payroll integration functionality
• Communicating with, and following up with, our partner teams to ensure action items are completed, timely
• Aligning plan features set up at the payroll provider with that which is set up in the Client portal, and vice versa
• Managing the set up of integrations for Client plans across Recordkeepers, including Client's newest plan types, such as Multiple Employer Plans and Starter(k)s
• Migrating existing clients to the most up-to-date integration methods & deactivating existing clients integrations upon request
• Increasing client speed to complete Onboarding though scheduled checks of accurate & successful completion of project tasks
• Deactivating integrations
• Reconciling integration status for terminated plans, monthly
• Handling transition of existing integrations to new integration methods (i.e. SFTP integrations > API integrations)
• Starter(k) integration set ups
• Pooled plan integration set ups
• Supporting the team in checking first payroll for high volume check dates
• Activating integrations
• API integration set up
