Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in integration engineering with at least 3 years focusing on WebMethods.
- Strong knowledge of API development, including REST and SOAP services.
- Proficiency in WebMethods suite (Integration Server, Designer, and Universal Messaging).
- Experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead effectively within a team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with acute attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Experience in WebMethods
- Experience in architectural design
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower a team of integration engineers, focusing on WebMethods integration solutions.
- Design and implement complex integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity between our internal systems and third-party applications.
- Oversee integration testing phases to guarantee system reliability and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, including specifications and troubleshooting guidelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and ensure alignment on integration strategies.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in integration technologies, particularly in WebMethods, to continuously improve our integration framework.
- Effectively manage project timelines, address risks, and resolve issues throughout the integration lifecycle.
