Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in the energy, blockchain, or technology sectors.
- Experience recruiting a variety of roles in a high growth, ever-evolving industry.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and candidate management platforms.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders, from technical talent to senior executives.
- The ability to think strategically and act with a long-term vision for building and scaling teams that support MARA’s growth in blockchain and energy transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine monitoring of mining equipment via Foreman, Grafana, DOMO and dashboards such as Data Wayfarer to identify potential equipment or network issues.
- Utilize the Maintain X application to ensure optimal functionality of company equipment.
- Collaborate with mining engineers, software engineers, datacenter technicians and other team members to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Monitor various dashboards for issues and then report the findings to the proper personnel and or chain of command.
- Monitor equipment performance and efficiency as per company SOP’s.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Participate in and promote a culture of safety with datacenter personnel as well as the mining operations team.
- Ability to practice excellent professionalism when utilizing Microsoft Teams messaging, email and phone communication etiquette.
- On-call during emergencies.
