Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of related experience managing release of large-scale, multi-system deployments; preferably in a regulated organization.
- Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience
- Experience with regulations such as GxP, FDA, and CLIA
- Experience managing large-scale software releases in a must; managing components beyond software (hardware, other coordinated processes, etc.) is a plus.
- Experience building strong collaborative relationships across cross functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to managing projects that have met or exceeded quality targets and were delivered on schedule.
- Must be highly organized and detailed oriented, driving continuous process improvement within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Implement Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for all regulated software products.
- Establish strong working relationship with, and be primary contact point for, the Adaptive Quality department and all cross-functional assessments.
- Work with Production IT to establish a reliable rhythm and SOP for production deployments.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of SDLC documentation
- Continuously improve release and deployment planning and execution
- Coordinate release scheduling and communication between development and production IT teams
- All other duties as assigned
