Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in email marketing, customer retention, lifecycle marketing, or CRM.
Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Iterable, Braze, or similar).
Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and marketing automation.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret marketing data.
Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for brand voice and customer engagement.
Experience in e-commerce, multi-brand retail, marketplaces, DTC brands, or related platforms and industries.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of building and optimizing lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other retention channels.
Help manage customer segmentation strategies to personalize communications based on behaviors, purchase history, and engagement levels.
Support the execution of loyalty and VIP programs, subscription models, and re-engagement campaigns to drive repeat purchases.
Own the email marketing calendar and collaborate with social, creative, content and merchandising team members to develop compelling email and SMS content that aligns with Over the Moon’s brand voice and holistically intertwines with key company initiatives and goals.
Monitor campaign performance, A/B test messaging, and recommend optimizations to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
Ensure all lifecycle marketing efforts are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.
Track and analyze customer retention metrics, including repeat purchase behavior, and customer lifetime value.
Generate reports and insights to help identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the retention marketing funnel.
