Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a project management, relationship management, or advisor services role, ideally within the financial services or fintech industry.
- Strong understanding of asset transfer processes and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of financial advising processes, including asset management, client account setup, and ongoing advisor-client interactions.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to work with clients and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and technical teams to align on business needs and technical solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Series 66, CFP, or equivalent licensing preferred
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the end-to-end implementation process for advisors, ensuring timely and successful asset transfers, account setups, and product adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align on implementation needs and advisor-specific requirements.
- Be a technical product expert, providing deep insights into the Betterment platform, asset transfer processes, and integration points.
- Work directly with advisors to understand their needs and guide them on how to best utilize Betterment’s product to optimize their workflows.
- Track and manage the progress of multiple advisor implementations simultaneously, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication throughout.
- Work to resolve any implementation issues or concerns, ensuring that advisors have a positive and productive onboarding experience.
