Responsibilities:
  • Administer adult recreational tennis leagues (USTA League) in assigned communities
  • Utilize league scheduling and registration tools
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with volunteer committees and team leads
  • Proactively recruit and retain volunteer captains
  • Identify and mitigate barriers to participation
  • Communicate with facilities on availability and set and administer schedules
  • Ensure compliance of local procedures and regulations
  • Familiarize and communicate local league information to participants accurately
  • Identify and resolve local league issues
  • Monitor compliance with Section and National regulations
  • Provide administrative support for the Central League Grievance Committee and NTRP Committees
  • Provide customer service to internal & external customers
  • Assist in development of programs to encourage participation growth
  • Support current and recruit new volunteer captains
  • Execute local promotional and marketing tactics
  • Build relationships with partners, players, and other stakeholders
  • Keep the supervisor informed of issues, decisions, and progress
  • Distribute program participation surveys, analyze findings, and make actionable recommendations
  • Make recommendations and outline standard program operating procedures
  • Provide on-site support at select in person events and programming
