Operations Analyst

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, reconciliation, or trading support, preferably in crypto or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and familiarity with data analytics tools.
• Understanding of digital assets, trading mechanics, and exchange operations is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and escalate problems efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily operational processes, including transaction processing, deposits, withdrawals, and trading operations.
• Monitor platform activity to identify and escalate operational bottlenecks or technical issues.
• Support secure processing of digital asset transactions and ensure adherence to custody protocols.
• Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to process improvements.
• Assist in reconciliations of transactions and settlements, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to investigate and resolve user issues and identify trends for improvements.
