- Research the best payment solutions and keep up with market trends.
- Drive conversion rate optimization related to online payments.
- Translate business requirements into payment projects.
- Define and track metrics to inform product decisions.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to define requirements.
- Document functional requirements for technical specifications.
- Collaborate with technical leads to establish the technical vision.
- Ensure development and QA teams understand requirements.
- Set timelines and drive project schedules.
