• 15+ years of progressive leadership in fundraising with successful seven to eight-figure investment track record.
• Ability to develop and execute high-impact fundraising strategies for revenue growth and sustainability.
• Experience leading donor engagement, stewardship, and cultivation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as chief fundraising strategist, leading a team to meet ambitious annual revenue targets.
• Work with the Senior Director of Investment to build and scale a high-performing fundraising team.
• Build and steward relationships with major and leadership donors, corporate, and foundation partners.
• Leverage established relationships across funding sectors to sustain and expand core revenue sources.
• Develop new funding pathways and strategic partnerships related to climate and electrification.
• Contribute to the overall growth and effectiveness of Rewiring America as part of the senior leadership team.
• Drive a high-performance team culture, enhancing fundraising infrastructure and mentoring staff.
• Create compelling fundraising materials and maintain data-driven insights on revenue progress.
