Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or People Operations in startups or fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems such as HiBob and GreenHouse.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including setting up IT equipment and managing HRIS profiles.
- Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.
- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
- Track employee leave, attendance, and time-off requests.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws through periodic audits.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
- Gather feedback through surveys to identify improvement areas.
- Organize training sessions and maintain records of training programs.
- Schedule interviews and assist in job postings and reference checks.
