Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR or People Operations in startups or fast-paced environments.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as HiBob and GreenHouse.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including setting up IT equipment and managing HRIS profiles.
  • Handle offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final documentation.
  • Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Track employee leave, attendance, and time-off requests.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws through periodic audits.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Gather feedback through surveys to identify improvement areas.
  • Organize training sessions and maintain records of training programs.
  • Schedule interviews and assist in job postings and reference checks.
