• 10+ years of direct experience in a similar role.
• Come from the Global South with preferred proximity to East Africa Time.
• Proficient in Google products and design platforms like Canva.
• Growing ability to use AI tools strategically.

Responsibilities:

• Deep diving into a client’s brand to extract opportunities and insights, and make strategic recommendations.
• Facilitating workshops with client leadership teams.
• Deploying the Mighty Ally framework to craft deliverables such as theory of change and messaging platforms.
• Conducting desk research and qualitative analysis to inform brand strategy.
• Supporting client teams through coaching sessions.
• Traveling to clients to build relationships and gather insights.
