Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in capture management/business development
• Demonstrated success in government contracts in cybersecurity or IT
• Understanding of federal procurement process
• Strong strategic thinking and competitive analysis skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Lead pursuit process from opportunity identification through proposal submission
• Provide proposal support for high-value opportunities
• Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in Federal Government
• Manage and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Conduct client and competitor analysis
• Develop and maintain capture plans and schedules
• Represent Maveris at industry events
