Requirements:

• 7+ years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in Big 4 public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 842 and understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated team player with cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Ability to provide critical feedback and engage in difficult conversations respectfully.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Global Lease Accounting team and lead all reporting activities for global Data Centers.
• Manage the period-end financial close process for fiscal month, quarter, and year-end.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of lease models, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and review analyses for complex lease arrangements and ensure proper accounting.
• Support Tax and Financial Reporting, adhering to reporting timelines.
• Act as technical lead for Lease Accounting activities.
• Ensure timely information flow between teams and facilitate audits.
• Continuously evaluate SOX controls and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Drive reduction of the close timeline by streamlining activities.
• Implement accounting and operational policies for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training and establish goals for team members.
