• Proven track record in successful product and major feature launches in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic leader with analytical and data-driven mindset.

• Strong sense of good UX, with a love for design.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Hands-on work ethic in fast-paced environments.
• Deep technical acumen to contribute to technical decisions.
• Computer Science degree with specialization in Security is ideal.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Proton VPN in the B2B market space.
• Work on projects impacting both B2C and B2B, mainly focusing on B2B.
• Drive the development of new features and long-term strategy.
• Define a strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B aspect of Proton VPN.
• Ensure we are building the right features for impactful value creation.
• Drive product innovation and develop novel product features.
• Define and own success metrics for adoption, activation, and retention.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, growth, and marketing teams.
• Lead teams through execution and troubleshoot issues across multiple teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Anticipate growth ceilings and define scaling strategies.
• Set a fast pace for the team, help them overcome blockers.
