Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economic, Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, business analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian.
• Expertise with Excel / Google Sheets and basic SQL.
• Knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Looker or PowerBI is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of local marketing activities collaborating with HQ cross-functional teams.
• Drive local promo activities & ad-hoc events calendar.
• Keep updated marketing activity grid and track on-going marketing budget spend.
• Support cooperation with external partners and needed document flow.
• Monitor competitive landscape and collect relevant insights for local growth & marketing strategy.
