Requirements:

• 4-6+ years of experience as a recruiter, specifically in technical hiring, preferably for data analytics or engineering roles.
• Proven ability to recruit for a mix of technical and general business roles.
• Familiarity with modern data stack technologies, including ETL, data warehouses, and data visualization platforms.
• Strong sourcing skills using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and build hiring strategies.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage with candidates for technical and general business roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to track and analyze hiring metrics.
