Requirements:

• Can live anywhere in the United States, but must live within an hour of a major airport.
• 10-25% travel to visit customers.
• 7+ years related work experience (e.g., Data Analyst, Analytic Consultant, Medical Economist, Data Scientist).
• Experience supporting data analytics for self-insured medical customers.
• Experience working with aligned business partners and shared services areas.
• Substantial experience developing innovative reporting for customers, including executive dashboards.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Familiarity with AetnaOne Advocate model and competitive landscape.
• Mastery in problem solving, collaboration, growth mindset, and execution skills.
• Mastery of business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Advises management through strategic business consultation to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Develops standard procedures related to researching, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data for reports.
• Implements processes for auditing files, reports, and financial records ensuring legal compliance.
• Communicates with management to enhance customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Strategically communicates with clients and management regarding organizational objectives.
• Counsels contacts to ensure effective communication.
• Advises on business trends and best practices, preparing analyses for stakeholders.
• Controls performance appraisal systems within the department for compliance and improvement.
• Evaluates performance through feedback to ensure service delivery and team development.
