Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or a related role.
  • Experience in resource allocation, budget management, and timeline forecasting.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams and projects with successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Understanding of creative processes or eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as AirTable, Trello, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or other design software.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring they align with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
  • Track project scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Manage vendor relationships if external resources are required.
  • Manage quality control processes and version control for ad delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, team performance, and operational improvements.
