Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in design, computer science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• A solid understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with a remote team.
• Access to reliable, high-speed internet to maintain seamless communication.
• Availability to work full-time and align with Eastern Time Zone (Canada) working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive designs.
• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize ideas and gather feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the user experience.
• Maintain consistency in branding and design standards across projects.
• Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
