Requirements:
- Experience in Client Success, Account Management, or similar role within the financial services or SaaS industry, managing enterprise or advisor relationships
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage with clients in verbal, written, and presentation formats
- Proven ability to deepen client relationships, leading to high retention rates and business growth
- Enthusiasm for advisor-driven solutions and a client-first mindset
- Experience with wealth management, advisory services, or financial technology (FinTech) is preferred
- Knowledge of ZenDesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Familiarity with investment management or financial advisory practices
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand relationships with a growing book of financial advisor clients
- Align with advisors on their business objectives and support them in delivering enhanced value to their end clients
- Partner with internal teams, including sales, operations, support, and product, to ensure a smooth ongoing experience for existing advisors and assist them with adopting new products & features
- Provide training, education, and ongoing support to advisors, empowering them to maximize the Betterment platform
- Proactively identify and address client risks, strategizing ways to mitigate churn and strengthen advisor relationships
- Represent the voice of the advisor to internal stakeholders, contributing insights that influence product development and enhancements
- Serve as a main point of contact for support issues, questions, and escalations
- Support advisors in growing their client base by delivering insights, tools, and best practices to optimize their use of Betterment’s platform and services
