Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (BA/BS) in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in healthcare data analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SQL and related development environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with calculating HEDIS and NACQ quality measures.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with building with DOMO or other business intelligence platforms.
• Experience in claims data modeling is a plus.
• Experience with Athenahealth EMR a plus.
• Experience with Snowflake, R and Python a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the migration of existing dashboards, reports, SQL assets from Azure and Power BI to Snowflake, dbt and DOMO.
• Conduct rigorous data mining and statistically sound analyses to develop high-quality actionable information.
• Create dynamic data delivery methods and provide critical data insights.
• Coordinate with functions to support operational initiatives and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop expertise in analytics, business intelligence, and reporting.
• Identify new opportunities to reduce medical and administrative costs.
• Develop and execute presentations, reports, and dashboards for management use.
• Utilize SQL, dbt, Snowflake, and other tools for data extraction and processing.
• Work with the Project Manager for project lifecycle tracking and review.
• Recommend process improvement opportunities.
