Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in technical writing and documentation.
• Strong understanding of technical documentation principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using documentation tools and technologies.
• 1+ years of product management experience with mobile/connected devices or SaaS products.
• Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market through iterative processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in agile development methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and own product and customer requirements for the assigned SaaS organization.
• Develop and refine software product requirements for connected-device customers.
• Host and manage working sessions with customers to understand and document their requirements.
• Ideate and define SaaS products and process vision for the connected device lifecycle.
• Productize current solutions for multiple clients.
• Ensure documentation quality through processes and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and communicate progress.
