Requirements:

• Relevant previous work experience in visual design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design track-record.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Passion for creative, meaningful, and impactful communication.
• Experience or background in illustration is a plus.
• Excellent craftsmanship with attention to detail and consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders on marketing and communication initiatives.
• Participate in ideation and contribute with design perspectives.
• Create visuals for social media, banner ads, email, website, advertising, exhibition materials, print ads, and brochures.
• Ensure cohesive brand experience across various touchpoints by following established design language and adding personal flair.
• Collaborate with other designers and refine Scalable Capital's visual brand.
• Advocate for design thinking and keep up with design trends.
