Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Very good technical skills and knowledge of at least one common programming language (e.g., Java).
• Experience with manual and automated testing.
• Ability to perform black-, gray-, and white-box testing.
• Familiarity with test tools and frameworks (e.g., SpringBoot tests, cucumber, appium, junit, restassured).
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure IT solutions are usable internationally in the long term through design and optimizations.
• Lead the entire development process, including modeling, programming, and customizing.
• Implement QA standards and guidelines, holding teams accountable for quality performance.
• Support product teams with QA, testing, and test automation.
• Evaluate new tools and methods, and document technical knowledge for colleagues.
