Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university.
• Seven (7) years of progressively responsible and related work experience.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to collect and analyze data and maintain reporting systems.
• Ability to manage and evaluate work results.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to area of responsibility and quantitative analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Manages a team of Data Analysts engaged in analyzing complex data structures to generate business insights.
• Develops reports to monitor business critical results and tracks operating efficiency.
• Conducts User Acceptance Tests for Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
• Builds relationships across business units to further Analytics initiatives.
• Delivers enterprise reports, metrics, and dashboards beyond business unit scope.
• Drives new data requirements and manages testing strategy.
• Facilitates discussions supporting Data Governance activities.
• Hires, trains, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
