Requirements:

• Extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance, with a strong focus on test automation.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale test automation frameworks.
• Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with testing tools and best practices (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• In-depth knowledge of various testing methodologies: behavior, functional, performance, unit, security, contract, etc.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of SDETs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable and efficient automated testing architecture.
• Build and guide the end-to-end release automation for all releasable entities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, release management teams, and stakeholders.
• Act as a technical and thought leader for quality assurance practices.
• Thrive in hands-on coding environments and craft solutions with the big picture in mind.
• Manage ambiguity while delivering innovative solutions.
