Network Engineer

Requirements:

• 5+ years of work experience in Systems Engineer, Professional Services Consultant, or Support Engineer roles.
• Deep understanding of networking in Enterprise, Service Provider, and hosting environments, both on-prem and Azure Cloud.
• Ability to learn and support cutting-edge technologies while context-switching.
• Strong technical and architectural discussion navigation skills.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills across organizations.
• Experience leading technical and project teams.
• Versatile with various operating systems, including Windows, Mac, and/or GNU/Linux.
• Familiarity with Healthcare industry and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of ITIL foundation, ITSM, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow.
• Experience in a global enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the technical and project teams to achieve milestones for major deliverables, preferably in the US East Coast time zone.
• Maintain high user satisfaction by closely collaborating with Local IT-Cross function.
• Build, support, and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and policies for network and security infrastructure.
• Serve as Level 3 and 4 escalation point for enterprise network-related incidents.
• Provide average support for 2 weekends and off-hours per month.
