Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in sales reporting, pricing analytics, commissions reporting, or sales operations roles.
• Strong Salesforce reporting experience and ability to analyze CRM data.
• Proficient in Excel with skills in Lookups, Pivot Tables, and Data Cleansing.
• Understanding of data management, querying, and analytics.
• Experience working with sales, revenue, or commercial data.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain sales performance dashboards and reports.
• Identify and correct bad data through CRM data quality audits.
• Perform backfilling of missing data and ensure consistency across platforms.
• Reconcile and align data across Salesforce and integrated systems.
• Provide insights and reporting support for revenue operations and sales strategy.
