• Maintaining high coding standards, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices for code maintainability and readability.
• Identifying bottlenecks and optimizing code and algorithms to improve system performance.
• Implementing monitoring and debugging tools to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high system availability.
• Developing and maintaining comprehensive test suites to ensure the reliability of backend systems.
• Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Analyzing complex technical problems and proposing effective solutions.
