Requirements:
  • 7+ years of SAP Functional consultant experience.
  • 5+ years of involvement with a full cycle implementation in large organization and at least one (1) end to end S/4 HANA implementations, specifically the MM Module.
  • Experience designing and configuring MM module.
  • Knowledge of MM functionalities including but not limited to demand management, production orders, and capacity planning and the key integration points between the other SAP modules (MM and QM experience is an asset).
  • Strong SAP Skills in inventory management, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, Service Procurement and Plan Driven Procurement business scenarios.
  • Strong knowledge of key integration points of SAP MM with other SAP modules, including FICO, SD, WM, PP, PM, PS
  • Capacity to comprehend business forms from a client’s point of view.
  • Capacity to work in a group domain, viably cooperating with others.
  • Must be results-oriented.
  • Experience in developing test, cutover and post go-live plans for the modules of competence (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc).
  • Experience with globally distributed teams.
  • Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities:
  • Creates a vision of the material management processes across the business value chain through extensive knowledge of the system, business needs, and future trends of the solutions in the industry.
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Understanding the business requirements of the organization.
  • Preparation of Blueprint for implementing the project.
  • Implementation of the project.
  • Validate the report requirements and any changes in customizing.
  • Provide training to end-users and sort out day-to-day queries of end users as per each of the project phases' needs.
  • Conduct structured testing internally and with users.
  • Ensure stabilization of the solution and continuous improvements.
  • Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.
  • Gap analysis between As-Is and To-Be processes.
  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP MM
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
  • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop the necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
  • Design, customize, configure, and testing of MM.
  • Provide training and user support as required.

  • Work with retail teams to optimize material management and logistics operations.
  • Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and integration testing for SAP MM modules.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP MM-related issues, ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications for SAP MM solutions.
