Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and/or certification.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Planning, or Logistics.
• Detail oriented, analytical, problem solver with critical thinking and continuous improvement skills.
• Thorough understanding of Supply Chain and Inventory Planning.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor supply chain planning practices to ensure adequate inventory is arriving at the right place at the right time.
• Collaborate with field partners, distribution centers, project/program managers, and other business functions to align processes and expectations.
• Understand supply and demand trends to develop improvement recommendations.
• Audit master data respective to material movement, availability, quantities, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare and deliver reliable performance reports and create performance improvement plans for business partners as needed.
• Drive adherence and efficiency in all aspects of Supply Chain.
• Complete any additional tasks that may arise.
