Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 – 3 years of professional experience in a reporting or data analysis role
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and other relevant tools
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and statistical aptitude; enjoys problem solving
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to various stakeholders
- Professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor to work well with teammates and business partners
- High degree of integrity and ability to exercise sound judgement
- Creative and strategic problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and deliver accurate and timely client-facing contractual reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Produce internal business reports to assist Operations in decision-making and performance tracking.
- Utilize SQL, Power BI, and company source systems to extract, analyze, and visualize data.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to gather requirements and ensure reporting needs are met.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the reporting function.
- Maintain documentation of reporting processes and procedures.
