Requirements:

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field.
• Experience leading multiple complex technology-focused programs.
• Self-starter capable of managing several scrum teams.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills in a matrix environment.
• Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational boundaries.
• Good understanding of SaaS technologies and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of finance, billing applications, and payment processing preferred.
• Agile certifications like AgilePgM, CSM, PSM, CAPM are a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Business and Technology leaders to execute strategy for key programs.
• Drive program roadmaps, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Develop program charters and program plans across all phases.
• Provide leadership in uncertain and dynamic environments.
• Establish program operating rhythms, lead meetings, and communicate results clearly.
• Manage program execution, track progress, and address risks.
• Identify benefits and balance stakeholders' needs.
• Collaborate with other Technical Program Managers on organization-wide processes.
