Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years Software QA experience, with 2 years in a QA management role.
• If lacking degree, must have 8 years of Software QA management experience, with 4 years in QA management.
• Experience managing QA across multiple teams and designing scalable QA processes.
• Proven experience overseeing full SDLC testing processes.
• Hands-on expertise in testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting, with CI/CD tools experience.
• Experience with automation frameworks and a strong understanding of configuration management.
• Performance and security testing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide strategic oversight to multiple QA teams across diverse products and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
• Foster coordination and robust communication channels among QA teams.
