Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on client or account-based marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Figma, and WordPress.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to craft client-focused messaging.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset with experience working with sales or customer success teams.
  • Business fluent Spanish is strongly desirable.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers to develop and execute campaigns that drive client retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Create and implement marketing programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and renewal efforts.
  • Develop toolkits, collateral, and resources for the buyer journey and aid clients in implementing TaskHuman solutions.
  • Design and execute client-focused email campaigns, social media initiatives, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Conduct market research and monitor trends for client engagement opportunities.
  • Write, proofread, and edit marketing materials while ensuring alignment with TaskHuman's brand.
