• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in mobile and web applications.
• Complete mastery of Figma.
• Deep understanding of creation and maintenance of design systems.
• Deep understanding of grid work and responsive design at the industry standard level.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UX problem-solving skills and exceptional UI designs.
• Expertise in designing for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web design patterns, best practices, and awareness of technical constraints and possibilities.
• Familiarity with trust and security UX patterns.
• Experience in creating micro-interactions.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver top-notch UI/UX designs for web platforms, with plans to extend to mobile in the future.
• Uphold the existing design system's principles across all platform interactions.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure designs align with technical specifications.
• Craft and refine conversion-driven interfaces to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Design marketing materials and assets tailored for various platforms.
• Perform user research and usability testing to validate and improve design choices.
• Continuously refine existing features based on user feedback and performance metrics.
