Requirements:

• CPA license is preferred or actively pursuing it.
• 2+ years of experience in public accounting or an accounting role with a public company preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
• NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage corporate credit card accounting, including reconciliation and reviews.
• Assist in preparing prepaid expense journal entries and amortization.
• Maintain fixed assets module; record additions, disposals, and depreciation.
• Prepare vendor expense accruals and journal entries for transactions.
• Communicate with business partners, prepare account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial statement preparation and audit schedules.
