Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• 8+ years of experience in AI research, preferably in financial services.
• Good knowledge in at least one of the following applied machine learning fields: Recommender Systems, NLP, Information Retrieval, Causal Inference, Time Series, Knowledge Graph.
• Proven track record of working with large language models and developing LLM applications using prompt engineering and fine-tuning.
• Experience in creating end-to-end MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for continuous monitoring and improvement.
• Experience with Transformer/Attention architecture for various text processing tasks.
• Superb Python programming skills and experience with data science libraries.
• Strong publication record in top-tier journals is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Lead research initiatives to develop novel AI models for financial applications.
• Design algorithms for portfolio optimization, legal insights, and risk analytics.
• Collaborate with global teams to implement research findings into production-grade systems.
• Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at industry conferences.
• Provide thought leadership and drive innovation across AI initiatives.
