Requirements:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Python.
• Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Skilled in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Experience leading technical teams successfully.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems.
• Exceptional communication skills for teamwork and stakeholder alignment.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and experience in AI or machine learning.
